The Commemorative Air Force Arizona Airbase 2019 Flying Legends of Victory Tour brought two of the few remaining flyable World War II bombers to Penticton B.C. in mid July 2019. The B-17G Sentimental Journey and the B-25J Maid in the Shade graced the skies over the Okanagan and Skaha lakes as well as being available to view up close on static display after their flight program.
